Information we collect
MyStyle collects account information such as email address, username, display name, profile details, saved wardrobe items, messages, and subscription status. Optional features may process photos, camera input, microphone input, style quiz answers, body profile details, and product links that you choose to save.
How we use information
We use information to provide account access, wardrobe organization, product saving, outfit planning, AI style recommendations, visual search, virtual try-on, live shopping, subscription management, customer support, app safety, diagnostics, and service improvement.
Third-party services
MyStyle may use service providers for fashion product data, affiliate links, AI processing, virtual try-on, live video, app subscriptions, authentication, hosting, diagnostics, and customer support. These providers are used only to operate and improve MyStyle.
Camera, photos, and microphone
Camera and photo access are used for virtual try-on, visual search, wardrobe photos, and saving images when you choose those features. Microphone access is used for live shopping participation. You can deny or revoke permissions in device settings.
Data retention and deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can initiate account deletion in the MyStyle app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Deletion removes your account and associated personal data unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, security, or billing reasons. You can also contact support at ceo@qstudy.ai.
Your choices
You can access, update, export, or request deletion of your data. You can disable optional permissions, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and manage App Store subscriptions through your Apple account.
Children
MyStyle is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
